They also advise against travel to the departments of Cauca, Caqueta, Guaviare, Valle de Cauca and Antioquia (excluding Medellin); to the southern part of Meta and to the town of Buenaventura; Huila (including San Agustin and the Parque Arqueologico), Choco (except for Bahia Solano), southern Tolima, northwestern Antioquia, northeastern Boyaca, Cordoba, Sucre, southern Bolivar and southern Cesar departments; Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, border areas with Cesar and La Guajira.
